I’m Jeffrey Knighton, a dedicated mechanical engineer and experienced tutor. My educational background boasts a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University (BYU), along with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. During my time at BYU, I engaged with fellow students as a tutor for challenging courses such as Calculus 1 and 2, and I also contributed as a teacher’s assistant for Dynamics.
For the past two years, I’ve been a valued member of Scott Gong Tutoring. My specialization lies in teaching Calculus 1 and 2, where my goal is to simplify tough concepts and foster effective learning.
Beyond academics, I find joy in a range of activities including rugby, jet skiing, video games, music composition, photography, and home improvement projects. These diverse interests contribute to my ability to connect with students on various levels.
Join me, as we work to build a strong understanding of the subject matter, making learning both engaging and enriching.
